The Better Health at Work Award is a free award scheme that recognizes employers who promote health in the workplace. The award has five levels, and each level has its own criteria. The award helps employers improve morale, reduce absenteeism, and increase productivity.

I designed a series of character illustrations which highlighted statistics and some of the positive changes employers can offer their employees. I used the shape of the Better Health, Fairer Health scheme logo as the basis for building the characters and other objects used in the illustrations.
